The first overseas mission in South America began in Peru, and the first church was established in 1998. In the early days, it was difficult for the Korean missionaries to communicate with the people there due to the language barrier. In Central and South Americas, where the Mayan, Aztec, Inca, and Andean civilizations bloomed, various cultures and customs coexist even in this present time. The local Church of God members, regardless of race, ethnicity, language, or culture, share affection with one another like a family and respect each other through the medium of God’s love. The selfless nature of the members comes from a faith that puts into practice the examples of [[Jesus Christ]] such as humility and consideration, and the [[Teachings of Mother]]. The church members in South America care for their neighbors as themselves, as Christ requested, and are devoted to helping those in need. The members willingly take the lead in promoting well-being so that no one is left behind and everyone lives a happy life. They promote this by supporting child welfare facilities and visiting nursing homes for senior citizens and government offices. दक्षिण अमेरिकामा सुसमाचार फैलाउने परमेश्वरको मण्डलीको मिसन सन् १९९०को दशकको अन्त्यतिर पेरुबाट सुरु भएको थियो । त्यस बेलादेखि सुसमाचारचाहिँ महादेशभित्रका अन्य छिमेकी देशहरूमा पनि तीव्रताका साथ फैलियो । हाल ब्राजिल, अर्जेन्टिना, बोलिभिया, चिली, उरुग्वे, कोलम्बिया, पाराग्वे लगायत दक्षिण अमेरिकी देशहरूमा मण्डली र आराधनालयहरू स्थापना भएका छन् । अमेजोन वर्षावन र एन्डिज पर्वतका गाउँहरूमा समेत मण्डली स्थापना भएका छन् । मेक्सिको, ग्वाटेमाला, एल साल्भाडोर, पानामा, कोस्टा रिका लगायत मध्य अमेरिकामा पनि थुप्रै मण्डलीहरू स्थापना भएका छन् । दक्षिण अमेरिकाको परमेश्वरको मण्डलीका सन्तहरूले जोशका साथ सुसमाचार प्रचार गर्दै, स्वयंसेवा गतिविधिद्वारा परमेश्वरको प्रेमलाई विभिन्न क्षेत्रहरूमा फैलाइरहेका छन् । ब्राजिलमा परमेश्वरको मण्डली क्याम्पस विद्यार्थी स्वयंसेवा सङ्गठन, ASEZका सदस्यहरूलाई राष्ट्रिय स्वयंसेवा दिवस मनाउन राष्ट्रपति भवनमा आमन्त्रण गरियो ।

दक्षिण अमेरिकामा पहिलो विदेश मिसनचाहिँ पेरुबाट सुरु भएको थियो र पहिलो मण्डली सन् १९९८मा स्थापना भएको थियो । प्रारम्भिक दिनहरूमा भाषा समस्याले गर्दा कोरियाली मिसनरीहरूलाई मानिसहरूसँग कुराकानी गर्न गाह्रो परेको थियो । उनीहरूचाहिँ केवल सन्तहरूलाई स्पेनी भाषामा “दिओस् लो बेन्दिगा मुचो (धेरै आशिष् पाउनुहोस्)” भन्दै अभिवादन मात्र गर्न सक्थे । मौसम, फैलँदो रोगहरू, भाषा समस्या जस्ता विभिन्न कठिनाइहरूको बाबजुद मिसनरीहरूले “तिमीहरू सामरियामा र पृथ्वीको अन्तिम छेउसम्म मेरा साक्षी हुनेछौ” भन्ने बाइबलको वचनमा भरोसा गरी बीजारोपण गरीकन मण्डली स्थापना गरे ।[१][२][३]
दक्षिण अमेरिकामा पेरु, ब्राजिल, चिली, कोलम्बिया र इक्वेडरसहित कुल १२ वटा देशहरू छन् । उत्तर र दक्षिण अमेरिकालाई जोड्ने मध्य अमेरिकासहित कुल ३३ वटा ल्याटिन अमेरिकी देशहरू छन् ।[४] यूरोपेली प्रभावका कारण अर्थव्यवस्था, राजनीति र संस्कृति जस्ता सामाजिक क्षेत्रहरूमा क्याथोलिकवादले गहिरो गरी जरा गाडेको छ । यसको बाबजुद माता परमेश्वरको प्रेम र नयाँ करार निस्तार-चाडको सत्यता सन्तहरूको हृदयमा ठूलो आवाजसाथ गुञ्जिरहेको छ । परमेश्वरको मण्डलीमा आफ्नो विश्वासको जग बसालेका सन्तहरूले राष्ट्रिय सीमानालाई पार गरेर बोलिभिया, अर्जेन्टिना लगायतका देशहरूमा नयाँ करारको सुसमाचार फैलाए ।[५] परिणामस्वरूप प्रत्येक देशका मुख्य सहरहरूमा लगायत अन्टार्कटिका नजिकै अर्जेन्टिनाको दक्षिणी सहर उसुवाइयामा, त्यसै गरी इक्वेडरको गालापागोस टापूमा र ब्राजिलको अमेजन वर्षावनमा अवस्थित तारुमा जस्ता अन्य विभिन्न क्षेत्रहरूमा पनि परमेश्वरको मण्डली स्थापना भएको छ । अमेजन वर्षावनमा एक जना आदिवासी मुखियाले “यहाँ परमेश्वरको वचन सुनाउन कोही पनि आएका छैनन् । परमेश्वरको मण्डली नै पहिलो हो” भन्दै आफ्नो भावना व्यक्त गरे ।

वर्तमान अवस्था

माया, एज्टेक, इन्का, र एन्डियन सभ्यताहरूको उद्गम स्थल रहेको मध्य र दक्षिण अमेरिकामा अहिले पनि विभिन्न संस्कृति र परम्पराहरू विद्यमान् छन् । स्थानीय परमेश्वरको मण्डलीका सन्तहरूले वर्ग, जाति, भाषा, वा संस्कृतिको पर्वाह नगरी परिवारसरह परमेश्वरको प्रेमद्वारा आपसमा स्नेह बाँड्दछन् र एक-अर्कालाई आदर गर्छन् । सन्तहरूमा भएको निःस्वार्थ भावचाहिँ नम्रता र विचारशीलता जस्ता येशू ख्रीष्टका उदाहरणलाई अनुसरण गर्ने विश्वास, र माताको शिक्षाबाट आउँदछ । ७४औँ विदेशी सन्त भ्रमण टोलीको सदस्यको रूपमा कोरिया भ्रमण गरेकी न्यान्सी एस्पिटिया(बोगोटा, कोलम्बिया)ले “दिने प्रेम र सुन्दर मन जस्ता माताको शिक्षालाई पछ्याएर म हाँसो र सुकर्मद्वारा परमेश्वरको प्रेमलाई व्यवहारमा लागू गर्न कोसिस गर्दैछु” भनिन् ।[६] पादरी कर्मचारी र सन्तहरू एकै मनका भएर एक-अर्कालाई सेवा गरिरहेकाले, र जोशका साथ एकतामा रहेर कार्य गरिरहेकाले (जसका लागि दक्षिण अमेरिका परिचित छ), सुसमाचार तीव्र गतिमा फैलिरहेको छ ।

सान्टियागो, चिलीको मण्डलीका सन्तहरूले भारी वर्षाका कारण पहिरो गएका ठाउँहरूमा मर्मत सम्भार गर्न प्रयत्नरत छन् ।

दक्षिण अमेरिकी मण्डलीका सन्तहरूचाहिँ ख्रीष्टले अनुरोध गर्नुभएजस्तै आफ्ना छिमेकीहरूको आफैलाई झैँ हेरचाह गर्दै खाँचोमा परेकाहरूलाई सहयोग गर्नमा समर्पित छन् । उनीहरू सहयोगको आवश्यक परेको सामुदायिक क्षेत्रहरू पत्ता लगाउँछन्, प्रधान कार्यालयसित छलफल गर्छन्, र छिटो र व्यवस्थित तवरले स्वयंसेवालाई अगि बढाउँछन् । कोही पनि नछुटून् तर सबैले खुशी जीवन जिउन सकून् भनेर सन्तहरू स्वेच्छाले कल्याण प्रवर्धन कार्यमा अग्रसर हुन्छन् । उनीहरूले बाल कल्याण सुविधा स्थलहरूलाई समर्थन, अनि वृद्धाश्रम र सरकारी कार्यालयहरूको भ्रमण गरेर यो कार्यलाई प्रवर्धन गर्छन् । साथै सन्तहरूले रक्तदान अभियान गरेर समुदायमा सकारात्मक प्रभाव छोडेका छन्, जसप्रति स्थानीयबासीहरू बिलकुल अजान थिए । सन्तहरूले रक्तदानको महत्त्वलाई दक्षिण अमेरिकाका विभिन्न देशहरूमा फैलाएका छन् ।[७]
भूकम्प, ज्वालामुखी विस्फोटन, डढेलो र बाढीजस्ता प्रकोपहरूले एकैछिनमा मानिसको जीवनको जगलाई नै हल्लाइदिन सक्छ । मण्डलीका सन्तहरूले माताको प्रेम बाँड्ने गहिरो चाहना बोकेर पीडितहरूलाई दैनिक जीवनमा फर्कन मद्दत गर्नलाई भोजन र स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदान गर्ने जस्ता राहत सेवाकार्य गर्छन् ।[८][९][१०] सन् २०१७मा मेक्सिकोमा ८.१ रेक्टर स्केलको भूकम्प जाँदा, सन्तहरूले पीडितहरूलाई सुविधाका सामानहरू र सेवाहरू प्रदान गरे ।[११] एल् निन्यो बाढीले पेरुको पूरै देशलाई असर गर्दा, सन्तहरूले क्षतिग्रस्त ठाउँहरूमा गएर पुनर्स्थापना र राहत कार्यहरू गरे । बाढी पीडितहरूलाई सहयोग गर्ने हेतुले रक्तदान अभियान र कन्सर्ट आयोजना जस्ता विभिन्न प्रयासहरू गरिए ।[१२] पेरुको लिमा, भिल्ला एल् साल्भाडोर परमेश्वरको मण्डलीले आगलागी पीडितहरूका लागि निःशुल्क भोजन सेवाको प्रबन्ध मिलाउँदा एक जना पीडितले सन्तहरूलाई यसो भने, “तपाईंहरूले हाम्रो एकलोपनालाई हटाइदिनुभएको छ । तपाईंहरूबाट यस्तो अनपेक्षित सहयोग पाउँदा, साँच्चै नै संसारमा एक-अर्कालाई गरिने सहयोग हराएको रहेनछ भन्ने कुरा महसुस भयो । हामीलाई बेवास्ता नगरिदिनुभएकोमा धन्यवाद ।”[१३] दक्षिण अमेरिकाका ASEZ र ASEZ WAO सदस्यहरूले नियमित रूपमा वातावरण संरक्षण गतिविधिहरू गर्दछन् ।[१४][१५][१६][१७][१८] उनीहरूले विभिन्न क्षेत्रका विज्ञहरू र प्रभावशाली व्यक्तित्वहरूसँग, जलवायु परिवर्तन सङ्कटलाई समाधान गर्नलाई मद्दत गर्ने व्यावहारिक तरिकाहरूबारे छलफल गर्न र स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरूमाझ जनचेतना जगाउन विश्वव्यापी फोरम[१९][२०] र सम्मेलनहरूको[२१][२२][२३][२४][२५] आयोजना गर्दछन् । कोभिड-१९को महामारी सुरु भएदेखि, प्रत्येक मण्डलीहरू सरकारको निर्देशिकालाई पालना गर्दै व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा उपकरण (PPE) उपलब्ध गराई भाइरस सङ्क्रमणलाई रोक्न प्रयत्नरत छन् ।[२६][२७][२८] भेनेजुयलाको काराकासमा महामारीका कारण त्यहाँका बासिन्दाहरूले २ महिनासम्म पानीको अभावले गर्दा सास्ती भोगेका थिए । तब मण्डलीका सन्तहरू ५ किलोमिटर पैदल गई खाँचो परेका मानिसहरूलाई पानी पुऱ्याइदिए ।[२९]

सन् २०२२ डिसेम्बर ७मा महासचिव पास्टर गिम जु छल(बीचमा)ले ब्राजिलको राष्ट्रिय सभा भवनमा परमेश्वरको मण्डलीको तर्फबाट ‘विधायिकी पदक’ प्राप्त गर्नुभयो ।

स्थानीय सञ्चार माध्यमले पनि परमेश्वरको मण्डलीका गतिविधिहरूको बारेमा चासो देखाउँदै रिपोर्टहरू प्रस्तुत गरे ।[३४] पेरुको सार्वजनिक प्रसारण केन्द्र ATVले कोरियाको भ्रमण गरेर परमेश्वरको मण्डलीसँगको अन्तर्वार्तापछि यस्तो समाचार प्रसारण गऱ्यो, “सन्तहरूको आस्थालाई हेर्दा, उनीहरूमा लिने प्रेमभन्दा दिने प्रेम अझ बढी छ जस्तो देखिन्छ । छिमेकीलाई सहयोग, र वचन प्रचार जस्ता यी सबै सामाजिक गतिविधिलाई सम्भव तुल्याएको आधार नै प्रेम, अनि सबैभन्दा उच्चमा परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ ।” पेरु र चिलीमा, माताको प्रेमको मूल्यलाई उजागर गर्न र अरूलाई प्रेरणा दिनको निम्ति ‘हाम्री आमा’ लेख तथा तस्वीर प्रदर्शनी आयोजना गरियो ।[३५] प्रदर्शनीको भ्रमण गर्नुभएका चिलीको सरकारी मामिला ब्यूरो प्रमुखले “आमाको अस्तित्व र भूमिकाबारे गहिरिएर सोच्ने गराउने यो प्रदर्शनी एकदमै मूल्यवान् प्रदर्शनी हो” भन्नुभयो ।[३६] ‘हाम्री आमा’ लेख तथा तस्वीर प्रदर्शनीचाहिँ पहिलो पटक कोरियाको सउल, गाङनाम परमेश्वरको मण्डलीमा ७,५०,००० जनाभन्दा बढी आगन्तुकहरूको सहभागितामा सन् २०१३मा आयोजना गरिएको थियो । त्यसपछि यो प्रदर्शनी विश्वका धेरै देशहरूमा विस्तार हुन थाल्यो । स्वयंसेवाद्वारा विभिन्न क्षेत्र र देशहरूलाई सहयोग पुऱ्याएबापत् दक्षिण अमेरिकाका परमेश्वरको मण्डलीहरूलाई राष्ट्रिय संसद भवनबाट, अनि स्थानीय सरकार र सार्वजनिक संस्थाहरूबाट ५०० वटाभन्दा बढी अवार्डहरूले सम्मान गरियो । जसअन्तर्गत ब्राजिलबाट ‘विधायिकी पदक’,[३७] चिलीको सभामुखबाट प्रशंसा-पत्र, पेरुको पिउरा प्रदेशबाट पदक,[३८] पेरुको हुआराजका मेयरबाट प्रशंसा-पत्र,[३९] इक्वेडोरको एस्मेराल्डासका मेयरबाट सङ्कल्प-पत्र,[४०] र अर्जेन्टिनाको पिलारका मेयरबाट प्रशंसा-पत्र पर्दछ ।[४१]
